"For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this." Isaiah 9:6, 7.
"And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: and the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins." Isaiah 11:1-5.
"And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious." Isaiah 11:10.
"Assyria would be like a tree cut down at the height of its power (Isaiah 10:34, 34), never to rise again. Judah (the royal line of David) would be like a tree chopped down to a stump. But from that stump a new branch would grow - the Messiah. He would be greater than the original tree and would bear much fruit. The Messiah is the fulfillment of God's promise that a descendant of David would rule forever (2 Samuel 7:16)." - Life Application Bible, p. 1168.

In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The Lord our righteousness."Jeremiah 33:14-16.

"Jesus is like us because he experienced a full range of temptations as a human being throughout his life. We can be comforted that he faced temptation so he can sympathize with us, and we can be inspired that he faced temptation without the desire to sin. He shows us that we do not have to sin when facing the seductive lure of temptation. Jesus is the only human being who has ever lived without committing sin. Now in heaven, he completely understands our weaknesses, so he can give us strength to overcome and forgiveness should we fail." - Life Application Bible, p. 2162.
"...Behold, I will bring forth my Servant the Branch. For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day. In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree." Zechariah 3:8b-10.

Jesus Fulfilled All Prophecy
Jesus is also typified by the lives of Adam, Abel, Enoch, Noah, Melchizedek, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Eleazar, Joshua, Boaz, Samuel, David, Solomon, Elijah, Elisha. Also, all of the Old Testament sacrifices and rituals pointed forward to Him (His Testation) as the fulfillment of the Spirit of Prophecy by the canonical symmetry of illuminations. On this side of the Cross, however, all the New Testament meaningfulness points back, like a rear-view mirror to Him as He fulfilled all prophecy in AD 70; and at the same time points forward to the Eternity He has prepared for us. (From the Kingdom of Heaven in our hearts to the Kingdom of God at our spirit and soul's translation.)
This lesson touches but a skeleton of prophecies concerning our Messiah - God With Us; and none of them had a break of significance at any time or any place. Is it any wonder we have been given a more sure word of prophecy that none of His skeleton bones would be broken upon the cross he occupied of and in our behalf - thus making every possibility for us to have a personal fellowship with Him in the here of now and forever! This Kingdom of God will be unbounding grace as never the believer could experience or even imagine upon this earth, in this earthly tabernacle - our human bodies. As the Apostle Paul describes these bodies "as tents" to be folded and put away. We shall be given, in place of human bodies (for flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God" - 1 Cor. 15:50), brand-new "bodies of light" just like Christ, and we shall see Him as he is; Who and which made us to come into His Kingdom of Heaven upon earth; so we can further become His Ascriptive Atonement (that which is forthrightly assigned) into the Kingdom of God in Heaven! Amen! Hallelujah!
Christian of the New Testament Covenant
How blessed are we to have been given all the attributes of the Quickening Spirit of Christ by the Presence of the Holy Spirit in God's Kingdom within us by Grace through Faith. Amen!
"The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam [Christ] was made a quickening spirit." 1 Corinthians 15:45.
"The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." Luke 17:20, 21.
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8, 9.
"He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God." 1 John 5:12, 13.
This lesson touches but a skeleton of prophecies concerning our Messiah - God with us; and none of them had a break of significance at any time or any place. Is it any wonder we have been given a more sure word of prophecy that none of the skeleton bones of Christ would be broken upon our cross He occupied of and in our behalf - thus making every possibility for us to have a personal fellowship with Him in Abiding Atonement Now And Forever.
